Liked: Very efficient and courteous staff . Rooms are spacious and provided with comfortable beds that ensure a good sleep. Above all , breakfast items are varied and delicious . Special Mentions : Ms Sapna/ ED , Ms Haseena/ Sirisah Front Desk , Balyeshwar Naik/ Naveen Family Restaurant Managers . Budhiraja -Night Duty Manager , Nikhil - support staff . All in all , a good experience. Stay highly recommended . 45 minutes drive from RGI Airport . Disliked · Guests must be careful to avoid staying in rooms that are located right opposite the National Highway because of which sleep is disturbed due to blowing of high decibel horns by passing vehicles all the time . For the first time ever in my several trips around the globe during last 50 years, I had to change our room 3 times because of this !

food is good but there is so bed smell in water, everywhere there is Napthalene balls to keep foul smell and cockroach. Early checking and late checkout not adjusted by the people here for even 10 minutes. Compare to rate the hospitality and client experience is very bed. Hotel management team needs to work on this.

I had booked your hotel Sitara grand lb Nagar on 31st March l.we booked for couple .Your staff had provided two single beds room and they confirmed that they will change king size room in an hour .Almost 10 Hours had gone i called more than 6 times to reception Everytime they say in 10 mints after that no response.Very irresponsible behaviour by staff. This isn't we expect from dhanturi group of hotels.Truely very bad experience.

Located centrally with easy transport access to airport , has 4 banquet hall's and a big restaurant which serves alcohol too, but a bit crowdy. Good taste and nice ambience, also well maintained hygenie , food taste is excellent..veg and non veg ....

I have been to this place recently to have few drinks along with friends and family. They serve real good alcoholic beverages and nice food. The best of all is the Mutton Nalli Gravy Curry and Mutton Biryani. If you are near LB Nagar area and would like to catch up with friends for drinks, this is a highly recommended place. Regards Ram
